Over Light Works ("we", "us", or "our") operates mobile applications including SUDOKU RUSH, Color Decode, MINE RUSH, PentaPad, RetroCam, TallyTime, VertiEdit, and Frenemy Check (each, the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Apps.
We do not directly collect any personally identifiable information. We do not operate servers that receive your content. However, the following third-party services used in the Apps may collect data:
On iOS, the Apps ask for your permission before the advertising identifier (IDFA) is used to personalize advertising. You may decline. Declining does not restrict any feature of the App — you will still see advertisements, they will simply be less relevant to you.
You can change your choice at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
Game progress, scores, timers, and settings are stored locally on your device using the device's built-in storage. This data is not transmitted to our servers. Deleting the App removes this data.
RetroCam uses the camera, and the microphone when recording video, so that you can take photos and record video inside the App. It asks for permission to add the results to your photo library so that you can keep what you shoot. Everything you capture stays on your device — it is never uploaded to our servers or shared with any third party. RetroCam does not read the photos already in your library.
VertiEdit requires access to your photo library so that you can select videos to edit and save converted videos back to your device. All video processing takes place entirely on your device — your videos are never uploaded to our servers or shared with any third party. Background images you register are also stored locally on your device.
PentaPad lets you export the melodies you create as audio files. Those files are written to your device and are not sent anywhere.
Frenemy Check asks your answers only to compute a result on the device. The answers, and the name you may optionally type in, are never transmitted. When you tap "save", the result image is written to your photo library; the App only adds photos and never reads your library.
Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
The Apps offer an optional one-time purchase to remove advertisements. Purchase transactions are handled by the Apple App Store and RevenueCat. We do not store your payment information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page, and by updating the date at the top.
