When reporting a problem, it helps to include your device model, your iOS version, and the name of the app.
Common to all apps
- I bought the ad-free upgrade but ads are still showing. Open the app and tap "Restore purchase" (in the menu or settings, depending on the app). If that does not help, email us with the date of purchase.
- I was asked whether to allow tracking. What happens if I decline? Nothing is restricted. You will still see advertisements, they are simply less relevant. You can change your answer later in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
- Will I lose my progress if I reinstall? Scores and settings are stored on the device, so reinstalling clears them. Purchases can be brought back with "Restore purchase".
VertiEdit
VertiEdit converts landscape (16:9) video into vertical (9:16) video for short-form platforms.
- Where are my converted videos saved? Tap "Save to Photos" and the video is written to your photo library. You can also tap "Share" to send it straight to another app.
- Why does the app ask for photo access? To let you pick a video to edit and to save the converted video back to your device. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.
- Is my video sent to a server? No. All processing happens on your device.
- Conversion feels slow. Processing time depends on the length of the source video rather than the length of the output. Trimming a long recording down to a short clip is normal and expected.
RetroCam
RetroCam behaves like a single-use film camera: 24 exposures, wind between shots, and you cannot see the photos until the roll is finished.
- I can't see the photos I just took. That is intended. The roll holds 24 shots and the develop screen appears once you have used them all.
- The shutter will not fire. Wind the film first, using the wheel. The shutter stays locked until the frame is advanced.
- Where do saved photos go? On the develop screen, select the shots you want and save them. They are written to your photo library.
- Why does it ask for camera access? To take photos and record video. RetroCam does not read the photos already in your library.
TallyTime
TallyTime runs up to four measurements on one screen — stopwatch, countdown, clock, and counter.
- How do I change what a panel shows? Open the settings (gear icon) to choose which panels are visible and reorder them.
- Do the timers keep running in the background? Keep TallyTime in the foreground while timing. iOS suspends apps that are switched away from, and the count pauses with them.
- Can I mix timers and counters? Yes. Any combination of the four kinds, up to four at once.
MINE RUSH
Minesweeper with three modes: NORMAL, RUSH (time attack), and SHIFT (the mines move).
- How do I place a flag? Switch between DIG and FLAG with the mode button, then tap a cell.
- In SHIFT the mines moved and I lost. The board is rearranged every 15 seconds, but it is always kept solvable by logic. Flags are cleared when the board shifts.
Frenemy Check
Frenemy Check asks 40 questions and shows how much of a frenemy the other person is — and how you look to them.
- Why do the questions feel contradictory? Half of them are written so that "yes" is the healthy answer. This is on purpose. If every question pointed the same way, you could guess the direction and the result would stop meaning anything.
- Are my answers sent anywhere? No. Everything is computed on your device. The name you type is optional and stays on the device.
- Where does "save" put the image? Your photo library. The App only adds photos; it never reads what is already there.
- Do I get the same 40 questions again? No. They are drawn from a bank of 1000 each time.
SUDOKU RUSH, Color Decode, PentaPad
- SUDOKU RUSH — classic 9×9 sudoku plus a 4×4 time-attack mode. All puzzles ship with the app, so it works offline.
- Color Decode — guess the hidden color code. Difficulty (number of colors, code length, number of tries) is adjustable on the start screen.
- PentaPad — tap out melodies on a pentatonic pad across three tracks and export the result as a ringtone.
